Our HQ is located in Monterrey, Mexico. We don't own a physical store, but we can ship anywhere in the world.

Personal deliveries however, we do occasionally make them but only in certain cities and areas across various cities in the country (Mexico). Location arrangement must be done by the customer in agreement with Golden Kicks Mx staff. Once that is settled, a personal delivery can take place.

We WILL NOT arrange any meetups if they imply putting in danger any of our colleagues and staff (be it because of the location, city, time of day, messages received, etc.)

We at Golden Kicks Mx guarantee our products are 100% authentic. We dislike and avoid any faulty or fake products. Because of this, we have studied and informed ourselves throughout the years so we can constantly check the authenticity of the products. We discourage any form of counterfeit or imitation sneakers be it: Unauthorized Authentic (UA), Grade AAA, Super-Perfects, Super Max Perfect, and 1:1, or any other Replica names that emerge in the sneaker and apparel world. We've encountered multiple items over the years and we've specialized in detecting said fraudulent items from the original ones, thus, you can rest assured that you're getting only original items.

We currently accept payments with debit/credit cards via Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.). You can also pay via bank deposit, when checking out you will receive details for said deposit. You must write your order number as the 'Concept' and send your proof of payment to goldenkicksmx@gmail.com or to our Instagram page (@goldenkicksmx), the latter is preferred.

Here you can find our Sizing Chart, however we highly suggest you perform your Due Diligence prior to purchasing any item to be sure you're going to get what you're expecting to get. We can provide you with a quick explanation here but, again, you should do your own research (we like watching YouTube reviews too):

- Sneaker sizes come in Men's US Size.
- If there's a "(W)" at the end of the product 's name then it comes in Women's US Sizing.
- If you're used to MX (centimeters) Sizing, a rule of thumb is subtracting two sizes down from Men's US Sizing and three sizes down for Women's US Sizing (E.g. Men's 10US is equal to 8MX/28CM; Women's 11US is equal to 8MX/28CM.)

We will not be held responsible after you've selected your size. Completing the checkout process means you've read all of our policies (Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service)

Order processing and shipping may take from 3 up to 20 business days after paying the full amount of your order. We receive our products from different parts of the world so it may take a while before you receive updates on your products, legit checking also takes some time. After we process your order as well as when we drop off your order to the third-party delivery company, you will receive your tracking number either via email, text message, or social media handle. We are NOT responsible for any delays in third-party logistics.

We make our best efforts to deliver your purchases within a decent time frame and once shipped it's up to the delivery company to get your product straight to your address.

Consignments will usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped to you.

It's important to note that orders do not have shipping insurance, so we highly suggest reading all of our policies thoroughly.
