When you buy any of our items you're paying for the Standard Shipping rates that third-party companies have supplied us with. Packages are always sealed and inspected before dropping them off at the shipping company. However, these packages ARE NOT INSURED against theft, mishandling, or any other damage perpetrated by the shipping company.
Our responsibilities with your packages, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, end when we drop off your order at the shipping company. Once the shipping company is the one handling your items, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, or mishandling and neither are we responsible for any delays in shipping times that your items might suffer.
If you wish to add insurance to your package, you must send us a message via our Instagram Page (@goldenkicksmx) or send us an email to goldenkicksmx@gmail.com along with your order number. Said insurance will have to be paid via bank deposit and the cost of the insurance will depend on: Weight & Dimensions, Address, and Item Total ($). We do not have a spreadsheet or flat-rates for insurance costs, as these are determined by the shipping company and can change without notice.
